Annual.  Shade.  18"x18" Lavendar blooms.  Will die back in fall and go dormant for a few months.  Store tubers in soil in temperatures between 50-70 degrees.  Don't put outside in spring until night temperatures stay in 60s.

African Blue Basil

Annual.  Sun.  New growth is deep purple turning to green with purple flecks as it matures.  Plant is sterile so the taste is not affected by letting the plant bloom.  Lavendar  flowers.  24" x 24".

Angel Trumpet

Annual.  Sun.  Celosia boasts a compact upright habit  which bloom from spring to the first hard frost in stunning bright colors.  Trim back growth slightly during mid-summer to refresh plants. Removing spent flowers can encourage more blooms.  16" x 10"

Copper Plant

48"x36".  Grown for it colorful foliage.  6 hours of sun will bring out the best color.  Can be pruned to make bushier.

Iresine-Chicken Gizzard

Annual.  Sun/part shade.    Pinch if it gets leggy. A colorful plant which bears red stems, green leaves with yellow veins.  You can  bring it indoors at the end of the season. It also makes a lovely houseplant.  2-3 feet,

Iresine-Bloodleaf

Annual.  Sun//part shade. For glossy, bright red foliage, you can’t beat the Iresine bloodleaf plant. You can  bring it indoors at the end of the season. It also makes a lovely houseplant.

​Impatiens

Annual. Shade.   Impatiens have long been popular because of their bloom power and wide variety of colors. They can produce flowers nonstop for an entire growing season and don't need deadheading to keep going.

​Impatiens, New Guinea

Annual.  Sun/part shade. New Guinea impatiens  provide a spectacle of blooms in  sunny garden locations. Like their shade-loving cousins, the common impatiens, New Guinea impatiens form  clumps of foliage with colorful flowers. When planted just after the last threat of a frost, these fast growers will bloom early in the season, and will last well into fall. New Guinea impatiens offer a low-maintenance and high-performance option for gardeners wanting a showy seasonal display, free of fuss.

Annual or houseplant.  12"x12"  Part shade.  Light green almost succulent stems and tiny fern like 1/8th" leaves.  It is not related to ferns.  12" x 18".

Pilea-Tiny Tears

Annual foliage or houseplant.  Part shade.  Great for use in fairy gardens and terrariums.  Enjoy them in small pots for desks or hanging baskets for porches after  flowering plants have succumbed to the heat. 3"- 6" x  24".


Polka Dot Plant

Annual.  Part shade. Eye-catching little plant with a bright base color on the leaves and green spots or mottled veins. 24" x 24".

​Porter Weed

Annual.  Sun.  48" x 36".  Deep indigo 1/4' blooms adorn long spike bloom stems from spring to frost above rich glossy foliage. Annual.  Sun.  Red and Peach.  Blooms up the stem until frost.  Deadhead for faster rebloom.  If plant gets scraggly in midsummer prune back by about half.  Attracts Humingbirds, Butterflies, and Bees.
